Aliesha began watching my daughter when she was just a year old. (She is now 8) so we have known her for a long time now, She is very responsible, attentive and excellent at communicating. My daughter looks forward to Aliesha babysitting and I always felt she was safe in her care. I could not recommend Aliesha any higher .
