About Alicia
Experience: 12 yrs
I've worked with kids since I was 13, including as a lead preschool teacher, nanny, kindergarten aide, and preschool tutor. I love making childcare fun, whether it's reading, playing games, coloring, or just being silly! I'm patient, energetic, responsible, and love incorporating learning into play, from colors and numbers to emotional regulation. I also have experience with potty training and helping kids build confidence in their independence. I might seem quiet at first (introvert alert!), but once I get going, I fully dive into making sure kids feel seen, valued, and engaged!
Most recent review
Alicia is my daughter. However, I have watched her care for small children and see her devotion to their care. She cared for two toddlers for a week in our home. I helped by providing transportation, but other than that she was pretty much on her own. She came up with games, bathed them, fed them, etc. She did an excellent job and I am sure that anyone who hires her would be completely satisfied with her.
