Alicia is a well qualified, caring, and attentive caregiver. She has provided care for my 3 year old daughter several times over the past few months and I got to see first hand how easily she slips into caregiver mode. You can tell she genuinely cares about every necessity that needs to be taken care of as well as supporting emotional and play needs. My daughter absolutely loves having her over and refers to her as her friend, even saying "Bye bye, Friend!" when it's time for the hand off. I couldn't ask for anyone better when it comes to child care.
