About Alicia

I have 9 years of paid experience working with children ages 6 wks- 4 yrs. 2 of the yrs are in a licensed daycare, where I care for infants & toddlers. CPR&1ST Aid and Sids certified. I feel a strong relationship with the parents, help gives a secure environment. This will ensure that the one on one daily care routine will be implemented . I have lesson planning experience for learning that will achieve physical, emotional, and social milestones.. Though playing, reading, art ect. With parents, depending on the child's age, I will support and implement affected redirecting strategies with positive behavior. I love the outdoors, and I like to use the environment for learning development. I have been in a class with myself and 1 other teacher with 10 infants. I can multi task. I'm very organized so and light housekeeping with be fine with me. I can meal prep, bathing, and laundry also. I will be happy to give several references upon request. Thank you
