Making a difference in someone's life is my passion, and I've dedicated the last 10 years to supporting adults and seniors. My previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to promote well-being and independence. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented, and I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow each family's preferred communication method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid, and I can assist with errands and shopping. Speaking both English and Spanish allows me to connect with a wider range of individuals. Knowing I can bring a little joy to someone's day is what truly motivates me.
