Alicia was our caregiver for my father for several years, so when I needed help myself she stayed with me. She is a great help to me in many ways and has become almost family. Previous caregivers seemed only interested in being a companion, but Alicia took excellent care of my father making sure he ate, got showered and reminding me when I needed to check his blood sugar and give him his insulin. Alicia was always on time and if she got stuck in traffic she always sent me a message to let me know the situation. She goes above and beyond what other caregivers had done. I have spinal stenosis, so she helps me with washing dishes and changing my bed linens as well as carrying out the trash. I don’t know what I would do without her !
