About Alicia

I have years of hands-on experience caring for children and adults, starting with helping raise my young nieces from a very early age and now my grandmother with dementia. my experience deepened through supporting my nephew, who has autism, which taught me patience, empathy, and adaptability. professionally, I worked nearly two years as a Behavior Therapist Technician, supporting two children with autism, ages 4 and 10. In this role, I followed structured daily routines and therapeutic goals to support their development and social skills. my background has given me a strong foundation in child care, particularly with neurodivergent children, in both home and clinical settings.
