Alicia is an incredible nanny who has been with us since my son was 2 months old. She is experienced, calm, organized, completely dependable, punctual, and a natural with all children. She also goes above and beyond to clean the house, take out the trash, cooks meals and always does the laundry for the house. A mother herself, she has no problem managing the kids and their different schedules, moods, and needs. She is proactive about finding activities and making play dates with other kids and nannies. She takes every opportunity to teach letters, numbers and new words while working on gross and fine motor skills. She is completely trustworthy - she has stayed with our son for weeks while my partner and I went on our honeymoon and multiple weekends while we've had work travel. Alicia has become like a family member to us and, unfortunately, we are moving out of state and she is unable to join us. Any family would be blessed to have Alicia's love and support in their home.
