Alicia has been our daughter's nanny for over a year, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She arrives early every day, is incredibly conscientious about safety, and often goes above and beyond to help us out around the house. But the most important thing is her warmth and care for our daughter. It's obvious to us that Alicia genuinely loves our daughter, and our daughter clearly loves her. She is kind, responsive, and engaged with her, taking note of her development and emerging personality in a way that makes us feel she truly cares. Alicia has been the nanny of our dreams!
