About Alicia

Hi!! I'm Alicia or just Alie :) I'm a recent Fordham grad (Journalism + Visual Arts) who just moved to Brooklyn and I'm so excited to start babysitting again. I've been babysitting since I was 14 and love spending time with kids - playing, getting creative, helping with homework, and having fun together. I worked at Mi Casita, a bilingual preschool in Bed-Study, which reignited my love for working with kids. I'm comfortable with toddlers and little ones and love helping them learn and grow through play. I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, so I speak Spanish fluently and would be happy to help your kiddos practice. Both of my parents are teachers, so working with kids has always felt natural to me. I'm currently doing a part-time marketing internship and working at a jewelry store, but my schedule is relaxed and I'm free most evenings and weekends. I also love pets, so furry friends are always a plus!
