About Alicia

Hi, my name is Alicia! I'm a positive and hands-on caretaker. I have an associate in Early Childhood Education and an undergraduate in Human Development and Family studies. I also will be going for my Master's in Occupational Therapy over the next few years. I love working with young children and the geriatric population. I find becoming part of families and being able to aid them in daily activities to be very rewarding. I love being outside and doing activities with children. I believe in learning through play and that children learn from their surroundings and believe it is vital to surround them in a stimulating and loving environment. I've worked as a personal nanny with various families and have babysat locally since middle school. I've also done at-home care for an individual in their late 90s well as worked as a nurse's aide in a rehab and long-term care facility.
