My name is Alicia, I'm a caring, patient, dependable, and responsible caregiver who loves working with children. I have experience in daycare and home based childcare. I cared for children with different personalities, ages, and needs. I'm experienced with supervising children, following daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, organizing activities, reading, arts and crafts, playtime, and creating a safe & positive environment. I believe every child is different, so I take the time to understand their personality, routine, and individual needs. I respect parents rules & routines and believe open communication is important.
