About Alicia

I am a recent Early Childhood Education student who earned both my Initial ECE Certificate and Short ECE Certificate through South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC). I completed a 30-hour preschool practicum and gained hands-on experience supporting children's development, play, routines, safety, and social-emotional needs. I have completed the WA DCYF Child Care Basics and Safe Sleep training, and I have a current DCYF MERIT background clearance. My WA State Food Worker's card is current. Before my transition into Early Childhood Education, I worked in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant where patience, safety, dependability, and attentive caregiving were an important part of my work and in which I excel at. I have always been passionate about caregiving no matter what age. I am a mother of three grown children, and I would love to spend my extra time in helping you in the care of your precious little one(s).
