Alicia has been caring for my 3 1/2 year old twins 3 days a week for almost a year. She also keeps my big kid- 7yo- on days off school. She is so patient with all three of them and has a natural ability to lead kids to doing the right thing. She's also magic at naps- my twins haven't napped for me in months but still nap with her all 3 days she has them! Couldn't reccomend her more.
