Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and very careful with my aging mom who required a lot of care. She was professional, reliable, attentive and very nice to be around. Alicia did just about everything from feeding and bathing, to comfort and wound and comfort care. I enjoyed and appreciate her greatly.
