We’ve been lucky to have Alicia as our nanny for the past two years, she has been an integral part of our family. She cared for our two daughters, starting when they were 4 months and 2 years old, and was consistently warm, dependable, and loving. She also cared for our older child whenever needed. She has a natural way with kids — calm, kind, and patient — but also knows how to keep them engaged and on a routine. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. She always kept us in the loop, was respectful of our parenting style, and just overall easy to trust. We always felt our kids were safe and genuinely cared for. We're only parting ways because of a change in our family’s schedule, and we truly wish we could keep her longer. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
