About Alicia F

Alicia has been fabulous with my elderly parents! My dad will be 90 in August and my mom will turn 88 in June. They have every imaginable health issue and need walkers to get around, but we are grateful that they are at least ambulatory. Taking care of them can be a challenge, and that is where Alicia came in clutch! She showed up on time, every time, with a smile on her face and a very cheerful disposition. She engaged my parents in conversation with care and humor. She was able to adapt quickly to their routine, and took very detailed notes to make sure nothing went overlooked. She helped them get out of bed and to the table for breakfast - (which she also prepared according to their dietary needs and preferences). She made sure they took their medications, she administered their nebulizer treatments, and monitored them throughout the day, while also taking care of the dishes, light housekeeping, laundry, and making and changing their beds. She also provided the same loving care in the evening and with their bedtime routine. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and my parents had better energy every time Alicia was around! Alicia was able to provide the piece of mind I needed so I could rest and take care of other matters on my parents behalf. I would have been burned out quickly if not for her. There is no doubt that having her around gave me as much comfort as she did my parents. We have grown to love her, and look forward to working with her again when we return. We strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Alicia for your caregiving needs.
