Alicia embraced my mom as if she was her own mother. When we would take her to a doctor’s appointment she would hold my mom hand and rub it to reassuringly. Alicia is reliable, strong enough to assist my mom into the shower and car. She do all her duties without even having to ask, she just jumped in and always helped.
