I am private duty and very flexible however, I am in search of a long term family but wouldn't mind taking care of someone in hospice or terminal illness, as I know that it is a difficult time for families as well the patient to care for and in need of additional help. I also manage caregivers, so if there's multiple, I assist the family in scheduling, medications and an ear to listen. I am great with my patients and I have plenty of patience to go around to help ease the caretaking/tasking and worry from the family. I am a very caring and compassionate person that enjoy helping people. I have an extensive amount of training from working in a hospital setting as well as bedside home care. Alicia was wonderful with my grandfather! She managed his care and did an exceptional job! Shes so caring and a great listener. She spoke spanish because my gramdfather didn’t. She was there for his last breath, comforting my family and I. She is definitely part of the family now. She has such great compassion in what she does and so very parient while giving her care. Very knowledgeable and smart as well.
