About Alicia

For over a decade, I've been immersed in the rewarding world of childcare. My motivation stems from a genuine passion for fostering growth and making a positive impact on young lives, while supporting families with reliable care. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and caring for children ages newborn-18 y/o. I always follow a parent's preferred communication method. My skills include First Aid Training, CPR Training, CPI Certified, and experience as a CNA, Registered Behavioral Technician, Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework. I am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I attended some graduate school. I am eager to bring my experience and nurturing spirit to your family.
