I'd describe my personality as positive and upbeat I like caring for seniors because I know that more help is needed for seniors, in the community, especially . It's been very rewarding over the years in home care. I'm looking for a job that has flexibility, manageable, and rewarding. I've been a nurse for 29 years, most of which has been in home care. I find home care is very rewarding because you're taking care of the whole person , on their terms, in their home. I started caring for seniors when I left the hospital, and started doing home care 20 years ago. I also worked at a geriatric office for three years as a care manager. In my spare time, I like to take long walks, and hikes , read books, crafting, and watching movies. One thing you should know about me is i'm a very dedicated, nurse, compassionate and empathetic. My skills include personal care, medication, management, wound care .
