About Alicia

Hello! My name is Alicia, and I have a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities. I have experience as both a teacher and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has allowed me to develop strong skills in supporting children's learning, communication, social-emotional development, and daily routines. Through my work in education and behavioral therapy, I have provided individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with developmental and communication differences. I am patient, dependable, and dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, which further strengthens my understanding of child development and communication.
