Alicia, aka Nanny Nicole, aka Ms. Nicole, is the absolute best! She is so caring, responsible, and reliable. She was a nanny for the kids during the pandemic, but she still babysits, watches our dog for multiple weeks and also stays in our house with our kids on the occasional weekend so my wife and I can travel together. There is nothing that we would not trust her with in our family.
