I am one of eight children. As the third child, I often helped out with my younger siblings. Mostly, I helped my mother with one of my younger brothers (11 years younger than me) and my youngest sister (21 years younger than me). I helped change their diapers, cook dinners, helped all my siblings with homework, and even helped with laundry. I babysat some when I was in high-school. The kids were 4 and 5. I am currently employed as a teacher in a private school and as the Director of the Children's Program 0 years-1st grade in my current church. I interact with children and their parents on almost a daily basis due to these two jobs. I also nannied for a year and then every summer since.

Alicia is an extremely responsible, respectful, and apt childcare provider who has experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teens. I've worked alongside her in our church daycare where she was always attentive and loving to the children, catering to their needs while calmly keeping the peace when inevitable situations arise (toddlers aren't good at sharing). Alicia has also cared for my newborn numerous times. She is a fantastic babysitter! She prepared my baby's bottles, changed her diapers, and sang her to sleep with the tenderest care. I felt more at ease leaving my three-week-old infant with her than with my husband. Any family who hires Alicia to watch their children will have peace of mind. You can know that Alicia always has your child's best interest at heart and will give them her undivided attention until you return home.
