About Alicia

I'd describe my personality as confident, secure, and calm. I like working with animals because they are so loving and kind, and each one speaks a different language. I'm looking for a job that allows me to do one of my favorite things, hang out with dogs! I started working with animals when my dog became older and needed care. I realized others might need similar care, and that owners might also be busy and need help giving their animals attention and activity. In my spare time, I like to hike, read, rock climb, weightlift, draw plants and flowers from nature, and read new research in scientific American. One thing you should know about me is I love to hang out with dogs, and will communicate openly about my availability and capabilities! My skills include recognizing serious versus non serious medical needs in dogs, working with dogs who need discipline, and also working with many different types of breeds.
