We hired Alicia to nanny for our son right after he was born and she continued to babysit for him and our older son for several years after. She became a part of our family and we were so sad to see her move away from Fargo! She is easy to work and communicate with and was always on time. She helped us with laundry, dishes, picking up, and cooking for the kids. She loves dogs so it was great to not have to lock them away while she was there. Most of all, she put in extra effort to make our kids have fun while she was watching them. They always looked forward to hanging out with "'Eesha!"
