About Alicia

I've been caring for children for over a decade and have a deep passion for nurturing and educating young minds. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for connecting with children and making a positive impact on their lives. My creative and imaginative nature, combined with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to effortlessly engage children in play and learning activities. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day through verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via their preferred method, be it text or phone calls. As a caregiver, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a wide range of activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. My first language is Spanish, so children can have this opportunity.
