About Alicia

We take for granted the small things we do everyday and if I have the ability to do that im gonna put my all into helping others. I have a CNA license and am CPR certified. My experience is working in assisted living and LTC facilities. I also do bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate. I like to plan and cook healthy meals from scratch and can accommodate a special diet, such as low-sodium, low carbohydrate. I always like to have 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1 carbohydrate with minimal salt/ seasoning or olive oil but still have great flavor and keep the food fresh. I always make sure I go above and beyond to the last step. Every person that I have cared for always told me nobody else has cared for me how you have and that I am such an angel.
