I am an 18-year-old college student at FIT I have 3 and 1/2 years experience working with children in a professional setting I started out working at Montessori learning based school and that is where I learned most of my values as a childcare worker such as working to help children develop emotional intelligence through play, I then worked at a local private school working with children to create a fun and comfortable environment in aftercare I have also worked as a tutor a nanny and one on one with kids with disabilities. Alice is a very kind woman, respectful and patient. When meeting my 3 year old daughter she introduced herself to her. She and my daughter spent so much time together, engaging in activities, singing songs and chatting the day away. I myself could never get my daughter to nap. I been around people who could do that for me and Alice is one of them. Of course when she woke up, she was upset that she was already gone. Having her around is a joy. She's definitely good at what she do.
