About Alice

Hi! My name is Eleanor, and I'm a Special Education major with a passion for helping students feel confident and successful in school. I have experience working with children of different ages through childcare, education, and classroom settings. I understand that every student learns differently, so I focus on finding strategies that work best for each individual. I'm patient, encouraging, and happy to break assignments or concepts into smaller, more manageable steps. I especially enjoy helping with reading, writing, study skills, organization, and elementary-level subjects. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students complete their work, but also to build their confidence, independence, and belief in themselves as learners. I want tutoring to feel supportive, positive, and judgment-free!
