Alice has been a wonderful help with our mom. She's been a godsend, really. She is thorough, gentle, caring and has a really good sense of humor. She's been able to navigate other staff at the facility where my mom lives and has helped us understand some of what is happening both. She's been very dependable. Our mom who is early 80s, has mid-advanced dementia and is in hospice with a cancer diagnosis but was a professional back in the day and also has a great sense of humor has also really liked her, right off the bat. We all feel like we were so lucky to find Alice here on Care.com. I'd give her the highest recommendation.
