About Alice

Hi! I'm Alice, 22 years old, with childcare experience in Brazil and 2 years as an au pair in the U. S. I love working with children, helping them explore the world around them, and supporting their learning and development. I grew up in a big family with lots of children, helped care for my younger brother, and worked as a babysitter in Brazil. Then, I participated in the Au Pair exchange program in the U. S., living with a host family and caring for their daughter. My responsibilities included preparing meals, helping with daily routines, and planning activities. I'm responsible, organized, patient, and creative. I love understanding children's feelings, keeping their routines consistent, and encouraging them to explore their imagination. I plan to study Early Childhood Education in college and hope to become a mom one day! In my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with my husband and our cats.
