About Alice

I am a mother of two children ages 17 and 19 . Nurturing the next generation is a very important role , and I find great joy in helping children discover their full potential. As a school bus monitor for bus runs and other local bus runs , as well as recess and lunch monitor at a local elementary school. I have developed a patient, calm, and empathetic approach to childcare. I am a dedicated listener who believes every child deserves to feel heard, encouraged, and free to grow and in truth to who they are. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from ages 4 to 12+. Whether we are engaging in outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or working on crafts, I prioritize a positive environment. I am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. I maintain clear communication through daily written reports and verbal updates. I look forward to opportunities this summer and when available to help as needed .
