About Alice

Hi! I'm Alice, a dependable and compassionate caregiver who loves working with children and supporting their growth through play, learning, and daily routines. I have experience caring for my siblings growing up and am currently a mom to a 13-month-old, giving me a strong understanding of developmental stages, routines, and responsive care. I'm a recent Baylor University graduate and am educated in child-centered approaches including Conscious Discipline, Reggio Emilia, and Montessori. I focus on creating a nurturing, engaging environment that encourages independence and emotional development. I do not use screen time and prioritize interactive, play-based learning. I'm seeking a position where I can bring my child. He will only be with me during the summer months. I'm intentional about ensuring all children receive attentive, balanced care and a positive, home-like environment. I'm also happy to help with light household tasks as needed.
