About Alice

Aloha! I'm Alice, a longtime Montessori educator who recently moved to Maui. I've spent my entire adult life working with children-from toddlers to elementary-both in classrooms and as a longtime nanny. I'm warm, patient, creative, and I genuinely love helping kids feel seen and supported. I'm open to occasional babysitting, date nights, school breaks, or future nannying opportunities. I specialize in creating calm routines, supporting emotional regulation, reading and literacy skills, and fun, meaningful activities. Qualifications: • Over 20 years of experience working with children (infant through age 12) • AMS-certified Montessori educator (Early Childhood 3-6 and Lower Elementary 6-9) • Master's degree in Montessori Education (Xavier University) • Orton-Gillingham / structured literacy trained • Former professional nanny with travel experience and long-term placement history • CPR and First Aid trained (can update if needed)
