About Alice

I have personal & professional experience caring for all age groups (infants-seniors) including special needs, teaching, trained as a CNA and ECE educated. After working for St Judes Childrens Ranch as a Foster House Parent & a Year liveIn, I spend my time on-call babysitting for families here on their vacations & for homes in central Las Vegas, NV & Sundays volunteer in the Central Christian Church Nursery. I provide backup for Families as a whole unit, & stick to habit-building routines established by parents as Authority. I believe deeply, that children's security & freedom come from the trust & consistency built & provided by the adults in their lives- They use us as the foundation for their whole lives. I take the responsibility to heart w a Developmentally Appropriate Prudent Caregiving skillset/approach & Heart.
