I'd describe my personality as optimistic, funny, and caring. I like working with kids because since my niece was born I have developed a deep connection with children. I'm looking for a job that will serve as a good learning experience with a good balance of fun and responsibility. I started working with kids when I was 13. I helped my neighbor with watching her kids. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, thrift, do arts and crafts, try out coffee shops, travel, and swim. My skills include redirecting attention to stop a tantrum, making kids laugh, and incorporating learning into playing.
