About Alice

Hi! I'm Alice, and I've been babysitting, nannying, and working in daycares and classrooms for over 10 years. I have an educational background in child development, as well as the knowledge that comes from years of hands-on experience. I've cared for kids and families in all sorts of configurations, from twin premie infants to large groups of siblings. I love to work with kids of all ages, and my priority is always connecting with the children and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I tend to avoid screen time whenever possible and instead opt to actively engage with the kids, making art, reading stories, playing pretend, or getting outside. I strike a balance between being easy going and fun, and still setting boundaries, sticking to rules and routines, and being the adult in the room. Childcare is something I find so rewarding, and I look forward to seeing how I can help your family!
