Alice has been a wonderful addition to our family. She cared for our infant son from 3 months-13 months. She has been an extension of our family. She is flexible, dependable, and open to feedback and employing techniques related to our parenting style. Most of all, our son loves her. He lights up when he sees her and will go looking for her if we mention her name. We will miss seeing her everyday now that I stopped working full-time.
