About Alice

I come from a family of nurses, caretakers and animal lovers. Although I have always loved nursing, the best aspect for me is getting to know new people. It is always an honor to be invited into someone's life to help make them feel better. I have had varied experience over the years: post-surgical care with no complications to critical care of very fragile children and adults, who require tube feedings, have tracheotomies, colostomies and ventilators. I have been a school nurse, a nurse for the Boston Ballet, an Occupational Health nurse for a major corporation in the Boston area during Covid, a private-duty nurse to a Supreme Court Justice. While I have cared for patients of all ages, I have always enjoyed working with seniors, been fascinated by their stories and have helped them solve their problems of daily living. If you have the need, I would be happy to attend doctor's appointments, do some light shopping, handle medication management as well as meal preparation.
