Hello! My name is Alice and I have worked with kids since I was 17. When I was 11 my younger brother was born and later diagnosed with autism and ADHD so I have had experience from a young age. At the age of 19 I started a nanny job with two wonderful girls, one of which has ADHD. I stayed with that family for 5 years and still occasionally work for them when I'm in their town. I'm incredibly patient and compassionate with children and although I have never had any formal training, I'm incredibly interested in learning the developmental stages of children and people, especially those who are not neurotypical. I have done a lot of my own research in learning this information and I'm always open to learning more for a child's individual need.
