About Ali

I'd describe my personality as very sweet. I'm also very honest and don't put up with dishonesty. I believe that everyone deserves the truth. I like working with kids because I grew up the oldest in my family and loved caring for my siblings when they were babies. Then when I was old enough to care for children outside of my home I thought how fun would it be to be a nanny. So here I am! I started working with kids when I was 15. I nannied for the same family for 5 years and loved being able to have that close relationship with them. One thing you should know about me is these kids are what I'm here for. So my focus is them and the hours that I'm with them. My skills include mainly showing them that I care. I know I've seen the difference when I listen to them and their needs rather than pushing them aside for a second. Taking them to fun outings to keep them busy. And also, being active with them and not too much screen time. I've noticed the difference between the two.
