Seven years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm driven by previous positive experiences in care roles and a deep desire to positively impact lives. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I respect each individual's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I earned my high school degree. I truly enjoy helping people live their best lives, and I hope to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
