If you want a one-word review for Algene—perfection! But if you want details, I just needed some light cleaning, dusting, laundry, and fresh bed sheets. And if she was really motivated for a five-star review—perhaps dishes too. I would have been thrilled with that. But she went far beyond expectations. Every kitchen cabinet was emptied, thoroughly cleaned, and organized. The same for the utility closet and toiletry cabinet. And then I opened the refrigerator, and it was completely scrubbed and organized. I’m not sure, but I think things were even in alphabetical order. Carpets, floors, bathrooms, laundry, linens, window louvers—even the ceiling fans—were all spotlessly cleaned. If I had a chimney, I’m sure it would have been done too. When she left, my house looked like it was being set up for a photo shoot. And if that’s not impressive enough, she also graduated from a culinary school and is a gourmet cook. If you need someone to heat up chicken noodle soup for the kids, you’re probably going to get muffin-tin lasagnas and waffle-iron pizzas. She is an absolute gem. If you’re looking for someone who can do it all, you’ll see why Algene is perfection!
