Ally is a very loving and responsible nanny. She watched my 3 children, who all adore her. My littlest was 6 months when she started, and now 15 months later, he absolutely loves her, pure joy when she arrives. Ally was always punctual, listened to instructions, was creative with the children, and can manage multiple children well. She has been able to get the baby to sleep, and kept him on a very structured schedule. We are sorely going to miss her, any family will be blessed to have her watch their children.
