I've always enjoyed helping people learn. Whether it's working with young children, mentoring staff, or tutoring students one-on-one, I love finding the explanation that finally makes something click. I have a master's degree and a background in education and child development. I primarily tutor English, writing, literature, history, social studies, Spanish, art, and drama. I especially enjoy helping students improve their writing, prepare presentations, understand historical concepts, and build confidence in reading and communication. Every student learns differently. Some need examples, some need visuals, and some just need someone to explain it a different way. I take the time to figure out what works best for each student and build from there. I'm patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. My goal isn't just to help you complete an assignment or pass a test; it's to help you feel more confident in your abilities and enjoy learning along the way!
