Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for as a caregiver. For the past three years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, always focusing on their well-being and independence. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR and First Aid Training. I also have some graduate school experience. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy. I work to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Communication is key, and I provide regular updates via text or phone, and written daily reports, while always following the family's preferred method.
