About Aleycha

Hi! I'm a mom of three amazing daughters and have been working as a nanny for over 12 years. Being both a mother and a nanny has taught me how important it is to create a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can grow, learn, and feel supported. I've cared for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids, and I enjoy planning activities that keep them engaged, whether that's reading, crafts, outdoor play, trips to the park or library, or helping with homework. I believe in being patient, dependable, and building strong relationships with both children and their parents. In addition to childcare, I also have experience as a household manager. I'm happy to help with children's laundry, meal prep, organizing playrooms and bedrooms, running errands, managing schedules, light housekeeping, and keeping the household running smoothly so parents can focus on work and family time.
