Seemed friendly and capable during interview process, but mood quickly change to solemn and apathetic. She took my autistic child on a personal errand while on the clock and he not surprisingly had a meltdown and was very distressed about the whole situation and she didn’t ask my permission first. When I address this with her, she became defensive. I’m not sure what’s going on with her, but I highly discourage anyone from hiring her who has a child with special needs.
