Hi, my name is Lexi! I'm a fun, energetic 22-year-old who loves working with children. As both a caregiver and mom to a toddler, I bring professional experience and personal insight into the patience, care, and flexibility kids need to thrive. I have several years in both childcare and elder care, which have made me a calm, adaptable, and nurturing caregiver. I spent five years in a nursing home building empathy and caregiving skills, then transitioned to an elementary school, where I've worked for two years supporting special needs and level 3 students. This gave me the tools to work one-on-one with children who need extra encouragement, ensuring they feel heard and valued. As a mother, I understand the trust it takes to leave your child with someone else.
