I've always loved being around kiddos and it feels super rewarding to watch the littles grow and become their own people! Ive been around kids my whole life, but I started working with kids on a more regular basis when I was 14! I worked in my high school's preschool & have been a nanny for the past 3 years. My most recent job experience is with ages 6 months-4 years but I have had experience with all ages! In my spare time, I like to read, write, cook, swim, hangout with friends, & binge watch a good show!!

Lexi has been an amazing nanny to our family! She has been with us for 2 1/2 years and really feels like an adopted niece at this point. We co-parented the children and partnered really well on goals, development, schedules and everything in between! She is loyal, timely and trust worthy! We have twins and a singleton just twelve months older. She has been through Sleep training, teething, learning to walk, potty training, first words, sign language, first sentences and into letters and reading. She has successfully taken my children on many outings as well - walks, parks, target runs, the zoo etc. Lexi’s superpower is crafts. The activities she creates and completes with the children are wonderful. My girls just loved this part of being with her and we always made it a priority. Lexi would even watch my children when they were sick! She is extremely dependable, loving, kind, fun and malleable - adjusts when needed and takes feedback well. She was firm with the children and ALWAYS put safety first! I cannot recommend this girl enough!!!
